Challenge
Requests to the IT team arrived as free-form messages, taking several exchanges before the needed details were complete. Access requests and how-to questions were mixed together, concentrating the load on a few staff.
Solution
A Slack form where staff pick from a catalog of 21 request types and enter the required fields once. Self-solvable questions get an instant manual link; admin requests are routed to the right channel and logged to Notion automatically.
